#2: What is the minimum salary required to apply for this? 在新加坡申请就业准证的人士每月必须要有的最低收入
根据新加坡人事部的讯息,低级的人员必须最低每月必须得到的收入为新币4,500 。若人员的岁数比较大或比较有经验那,每月必须得到的收入为要跟高。The minimum salary required for an employment pass in Singapore is S$4,500 but more is required for more senior hires.
#3: Requirement for a local sponsor company 申请就业准证者必须要有新加坡推荐公司
若要申请就业准证,申请者必须要有一个新加坡的本地公司推举他们。就如此,一些海外的公司的老板会在新加坡设立子公司来推荐他们申请新加坡的就业准证。Each EP Applicant would need a Singapore company to write a letter for sponsorship for its Employment pass application so as a result some applicants would set up their own company to sponsor themselves for ease of application of the EP.
#4: Can EP Holder be a director of another company (apart from the one that applied for the EP for the EP Holder) 若就业准证持有者若有一个公司的董事,那他能申请另外的公司的董事吗?
根据新加坡人事部,通常就业准证者只能拥有一个公司董事的身份。但是,若有特别需求,申请者能想新加坡人力部门另外向新加坡人力部申请批准信。
Singapore is a global city with aspirations to become a leading financial centre. Owners of Singapore companies can apply for employment passes to come to Singapore to do business/carry out their work. The employment pass with its higher salary requirements does not fact the quota of the S Pass.
